Andrea Fehring
Account Executive

Andrea has over 30 years’ experience developing award-winning presentation materials, menu covers, guest directories, and other in-room accessories for a who’s who of clients, including most of the luxury resorts in Las Vegas and Hawaii. During Andrea’s early years at C&S, she handled projects for a number of Hollywood studios. With the advent of laser technology, she began working with resorts and hotels to translate the innovative design that is the hallmark of the entertainment industry to the hospitality environment. Her sophisticated products have helped revolutionize the five-star hospitality industry!

April Bonfanti
Account Executive

April was born in to the printing, packaging, and promotional products trade, having two parents who are also in the industry. She studied Sociology and Spanish at UCSB and actually started her own swimwear company while in college. Fashion was her passion, but she ultimately joined the family business and has enjoyed a 15+ year career in Print & Promo. April’s mom, Heidi, is a long time Account Executive at C&S Sales, and in 2019 Heidi persuaded her to join our amazing team. April loves using her creative background to develop unique promotional ideas for her customers and seeing them come to life. Fun facts about April: she has 10 year old boy/girl twins and she is a former race boat driver.

Barbara Walker
Account Executive

Barbara Walker has been with C&S Sales almost since its inception. Her career started in sales, transitioned to sales manager, and then she moved to San Diego to open a C&S Sales branch office where she happily remains today. She feels that sales involves creating relationships that are mutually beneficial and built on trust. She enjoys learning about her clients’ company cultures so that she can navigate and recommend the best solutions to their project needs. She feels it is a gift to have a long career in a job she enjoys, with a company that supports her values, and respects their clients. 

Brad Storms
Vice President of Sales

Brad joined C&S Sales in 1989 after graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Marketing/Business Administration. Brad has an extensive production background, visiting and working with many of C&S Sales’ overseas production partners. He is instrumental in company operations ranging from technological oversight to customer contract supervision. As the VP of sales, he leads a staff of 15 account executives across all C&S offices. When he’s not busy modeling the latest promotional merchandise, Brad enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Harper.

Chris Storms
Creative & Operations

Chris, a graduate of El Camino College, has been with C&S Sales for over 20 years. Since joining the family business in 1998, Chris has truly become C&S Sales’ “jack of all trades,” playing integral roles in both the sales and creative departments. He feels lucky to work alongside his dad and brother, saying “it’s a family business and I enjoy having the opportunity to see them on a daily basis.” When he’s not busy with work and school (Chris is currently attending Otis College of Art and Design), he loves spending time with his son, Mathew. Together, the two enjoy an active lifestyle of playing sports, hiking, biking, going to the beach, etc.

Christy Brooks
Account Executive

Christy joined C&S Sales’ Disney team just over three years ago as a production manager. Now the lead point of contact for the Disney account, Christy’s prowess as a sales representative enables her to excel in a busy role working with clients in the entertainment industry. A certified level 1 Reiki practitioner, Christy maintains a calm and focused energy that is appreciated by coworkers and clients, alike! Before joining C&S Sales, Christy attended Orange Coast College and worked in the healthcare industry. She enjoys vegan cuisine, painting, music, museums, meditation, nature, crystals, cats, and exploring crypto currencies.

Debbie Hazlewood
Account Executive

Debbie has over 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry. She loves her clients, many of whom are in the music and entertainment industry, and says that the creativity and unlimited potential of fitting products to her clients’ marketing needs is the part of her job she loves most. Outside of work, she enjoys spending days at the beach, Disneyland, and adventuring with her family. Debbie is also on the board of directors for Manna Conejo Food Pantry. “We are very blessed and it’s a way to give back to our community. I want people to be fed and not go hungry – I guess that’s the mom in me!”

Donna Girard
Account Executive

Donna has been with C&S Sales for 23 years. She has worked with a number of different industries including retail, finance, health, food, and advertisement. Before life at C&S Sales, Donna attended Santa Monica College and began her career at L.A. Gear. She is always up for a challenge and feels that her competitive nature is what allows her to be successful in this industry. She lives an active lifestyle as an avid yogi who loves to exercise and go hiking with her dog, Charlie. Donna is a passionate advocate for dog and horse rescues. She secretly loves interior design and has over 40 first cousins!

Ken Kessler
Account Executive

Ken has been servicing the OEM industry (carrying and instrument cases, sport bags, and industrial packaging) for 33 years. He specializes in designing cut and sew and EVA molding as well as heat-sealed products, most of which are manufactured in Asia. Ken is proud to offer turn-key service, from concept to complete production delivered to the customer’s dock. He provides the highest level of customer service, quality and reliable products with old school values and courtesy. Most of Ken’s customers have been with him for over 20 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife & two dogs.

Lisa Machado
Chief Financial Officer

Lisa has been with C&S Sales for over 25 years. She joined C&S Sales in 1992 as Accounts Receivable Manager, rising through the ranks and eventually being promoted to Controller in 2000. Her oversight transcends multiple departments; she manages the accounting staff while working with corporate management to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two kids. 

Maddie Miyoshi
Account Executive

Pauline Tang
Director of Promotional Products

Pauline has been with C&S Sales for more than 30 years, managing a staff of 7 customer service representatives.  She is passionate about developing relationships with vendors and expanding product-resourcing knowledge, both locally and overseas.  Fluent in Chinese, she is our point person when dealing with our preferred Chinese vendors, yielding special pricing tiers for our customers.  She also works with our Creative Director and Sales & Marketing teams to keep everyone abreast of the most current products, decoration options, and technologies.

Pillo Gonzalez
Account Executive 

Pillo is a Hawthorne, CA native with a serious passion for fashion. In 1994, he began his career with Dumont Promotional Images (DPI) in Santa Monica where he initially worked in the company's accounting department. Realizing his desire to transition into a more dynamic, people-oriented role, Pillo endeavored into sales, where his creative energies truly flourished. Pillo's keen eye for design and natural propensity for building rapport with customers have both played intrinsic roles in his successes as a salesperson. Over the past two decades he's cultivated strong, ongoing relationships with many of the cosmetics and automotive industries' most prominent brands, designing gift with purchase bags and "promolicious" merchandise for clients at Johnson & Johnson, Neutrogena, Ulta Beauty, Babies-R-Us, and Toyota, to name a few.

Ross Robinett
Account Executive

Ross, an alumnus of THE Ohio State University, has been with C&S Sales for over 31 years. He began his career in the graphics industry and joined C&S after responding to an ad in the paper seeking account executives. Today, Ross’s primary focus as a salesperson is catering to the tech, finance, automotive, and medical industries. He is driven by the creative nature of the wide range of products he gets to produce. Ross enjoys playing golf and weekend getaways when out of the office. He dreams of traveling throughout Europe and golfing at the Old Course at St Andrews in Scotland! 



Terry Storms
President & Founder

Before founding C&S Sales, Terry worked for Smith Pacific Corporation, then the largest producer of yearbook covers for universities and high schools in the country. Terry’s main focus after 42 years at C&S is catering to the needs of advertisement agencies and product companies. He is driven by the fulfillment that comes from serving and satisfying his clients. Terry studied locally, attending Venice High School and Santa Monica College for his education. In his free time, Terry loves to play golf, work out, and go running. He also served in the United States Marine Corp.
